ISM is a course in which selected students are able to participate In real life experiences (such as business interviews, having a mentor, LinkedIn, etc.) to obtain vast arrays of knowledge including professionalism, the topic chosen, what the business world looks like, and more. ISM lets the selected individuals pick any professional topic and learn about it through a mentor, which is found through connections or LinkedIn. Then taking that knowledge into a year long project of choice, such as a product or even an essay. A requirement  in this course are weekly blog posts as well as assessments ranging from interview assessments to research assessments.
